sayagame Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on sayagame, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on sayagame.vip from time to time. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and understandings between you and sayagame with respect to the subject matter herein.

These Terms apply to all users of sayagame, whether registered members or guests accessing publicly available content on the Platform. Continued use of sayagame following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated provisions.

Access to and use of sayagame is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of sayagame. This age restriction is imposed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced. sayagame reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of sayagame complies with all applicable laws in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be included on any self-exclusion register, PAGCOR exclusion list, or any other gambling restriction database applicable in the Philippines.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on sayagame. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

sayagame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence verification on any account at any time. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of funds pending compliance review.

To access the full range of services offered by sayagame, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gaming, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Your account is for personal use only and will not be operated on behalf of any third party.
• You will not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit any third party to access your sayagame account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility. sayagame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorized access.

In the event of suspected unauthorized account access, you must notify sayagame support immediately. sayagame will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security or report a compromise promptly.

sayagame facilitates financial transactions through Philippine-compliant payment channels including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and QR Ph InstaPay. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is ₱100.00. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: All transactions on sayagame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Any foreign currency conversion is your responsibility and subject to applicable exchange rate fees.
• Withdrawal Verification: sayagame reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable KYC thresholds.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible. sayagame reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawals to new payment destinations.
• Processing Time: sayagame targets withdrawal processing within industry-standard timeframes. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account settings. These limits may be adjusted subject to responsible gaming review.

Funds deposited to sayagame may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. sayagame does not pay interest on player account balances. Any funds that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy fees as disclosed in the fee schedule published in your account settings.

sayagame offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in individual promotion terms. Live casino games, in particular, may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus may be held per account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: sayagame reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or exploitation of system errors.

sayagame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are subject to PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sayagame and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or acting as a proxy for a person who is.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account.
• Conducting any transaction that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud under Philippine law.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any sayagame software or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sayagame staff, support agents, or other players.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, exclusions, or bonus restrictions.

sayagame cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement in all investigations involving suspected prohibited conduct on the Platform.

All content on sayagame.vip, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of sayagame or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use sayagame solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from sayagame without express written authorization from sayagame.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sayagame, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session data due to technical failure or network interruption.
• Financial losses arising from participation in any game offered on sayagame.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events.

sayagame's aggregate liability to any player under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. sayagame does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses incurred during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.

sayagame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under sayagame's responsible gaming program.

Upon account closure for cause, sayagame may withhold pending balances pending investigation. Where closure is not related to prohibited conduct, sayagame will process outstanding withdrawals of verified funds within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification requirements.

sayagame is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices for all Filipino players. In accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, sayagame provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a defined play duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, activated on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, activated through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the elected period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications during extended gaming sessions displaying elapsed time and net financial position.

Use of sayagame is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Gambling can be addictive. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through sayagame's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit disputes to sayagame support, which will endeavor to provide a written response within five (5) business days. If the internal resolution process fails to produce a satisfactory outcome, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute mechanism where applicable.

sayagame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on sayagame.vip, an in-platform notification upon login, or direct communication to your registered email address or mobile number.

Amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of sayagame following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sayagame recommends reviewing this page each time you log in to your sayagame account.
